New Diagnosis

I have a new diagnosis now that the swelling has gone down; a navicular fracture.

A navicular fracture is a fracture of the navicular bone of the foot, a bone on the top of the midfoot. I have an air walker boot top immobilize my foot. I am waiting to get an appointment with an orthopedic specialist. I will start light duty at work by next week.

Good news is all this resting has speeded up the healing in my wrist. The therapist was very impressed at the healing. It helps that she made some scar molds that I sleep with. They desensitize the scars.
