Deep Breath AKA I vent

My Mom and Bill are coming into town this week. We will be gathering for an early birthday party and going away party for Kenneth.
I am definitely in need of a retreat! There is so much to deal with at work and home that I want to get into my shell and disappear for a day or two! I hate when someone fails to live up to their potential whether it be my child or employee. It is even more troubling when it effects others and then you need to deal with their feelings about it. Why can't everyone just get along and do what they need to do!! Aaargh! Deep breath!
Even my dog is a problem "child". He feels the need to mark and even pee inside; yes, he got "fixed" right at six months which is suppose to prevent this problem, but didn't! He makes me crazy! We even bought a belly band that you put a maxi pad in to absorb if they try to pee but he learned how to move it out of the way so he could "go". He never marks territory outside, only inside so it seems to be psychological since it isn't a physical thing. This was suppose to be my sweet cuddly dog. He is two now so he is more cuddly but the pee thing has him becoming an outdoor or crate dog. No more freedom in the house. Sad...
